SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery will be via rider or parcel services at competitive market rates. You can also pick up at our physical location.
Pickup
Ready for pickup next business day for all items except for tiles. Same day pickup possible for orders placed before 12pm. Tiles and equipment available for pickup in 1-3 business days.
Door Delivery
Delivery is typically next business day at a cost of KSh 200 within Nairobi. Same day delivery possible for orders placed before 12pm. Date and cost will be confirmed once an order is placed. Tile and equipment delivery arrangements and cost to be confirmed when order is placed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have an easy return policy. Kindly inspect all items on delivery before making any payment. Items to be returned should be sent back with the delivery agent.
